General Project Description

The Department of Water Resources (DWR), Division of Engineering (DOE), Project Management Branch, invites qualified firms to submit Statements of Qualification (SOQ) for engineering expertise. The services involve supporting the development of processes (policy, plan, procedure, data strategy, and change management), providing technical support services, and developing data strategies. This work relates to various engineering functions, including engineering design, contract administration, contract development, project/program management, data management, and construction management. The objective is to enhance DWR's operational goals and project delivery through continuous improvement, leadership in project and program management best practices, and the adoption of modern data-driven approaches and technologies such as SAP, SharePoint, Power BI, and Power Automate.
