General Project Description

This federally funded project, supported by Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds, involves citywide improvements to meet ADA standards. The scope includes distributing notifications, placing traffic control signs, saw cutting and removing existing concrete sidewalks, parkways, driveways, access ramps, cross gutters, curbs, and gutters. New concrete structures will be constructed, along with patching, restoring private improvements, repairing damaged survey markers, painting curb faces, and installing grass turf. The work involves various earthwork, concrete, and traffic control elements, with detailed specifications for materials and construction methods to ensure compliance with City standards.
