General Project Description
This project involves the furnishing and installation of approximately 12,000 linear feet of 42-inch high white PVC (vinyl) equestrian trail fencing at various locations across the City of Norco. The work includes all necessary materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals, conforming to City Standards and the provided trail matrix replacement specifications. Installation may require hand digging due to potential utility conflicts. The project also entails the removal of approximately 6,300 linear feet of existing equestrian trail fencing, including posts, rails, and concrete footings, with associated hauling and disposal. Traffic control and mobilization are integral components of the bid items. The services are to be performed in accordance with the Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction (Green Book) and Caltrans Standards.
