North County Transit District is seeking bids from qualified and interested contractors for the following project titled, COASTER Operations Facility Various Finish Improvements, identified under Solicitation ID: 36062. Work is to be performed near Camp Rd, South Carolina, USA in Pickens County.

General Project Description

This project involves various finish improvements to the COASTER Operations Facility. The scope encompasses selective demolition, architectural woodwork and plastic-laminate-clad architectural cabinets, a variety of finishes including acoustical ceilings, luxury vinyl tile and base, resinous flooring, carpet tile, and interior painting. Additionally, the project includes furnishings such as window treatments and metal countertops, and electrical work covering wiring devices and interior lighting. The work must comply with California Building Code (CBC) and specific product manufacturer recommendations.
