General Project Description

This project involves updating the existing interior office finishes at the NCTD COASTER Operations Facility. The finish improvements will include new carpet tile, LVT (Luxury Vinyl Tile), ceiling tiles, millwork, LED lighting, and electrical outlets and cover plates. The work requires phasing and coordination as the building will remain occupied during construction. Project plans are referenced in Exhibit A, Technical Specifications in Exhibit B, and As-Built Drawings in Exhibit C.
