General Project Description

This project involves significant public works improvements at the I-605 hotspots at Studebaker Road and Alondra Boulevard. The scope includes furnishing all necessary labor, materials, and equipment for unclassified excavation, construction of curb and gutter, median, curb ramps, and sidewalks. Pavement work comprises grind and overlay, asphalt concrete pavement, asphalt rubber hot mix overlay, and striping. It also involves traffic signal modifications, street lighting modifications, landscape and irrigation modifications, tree removal, re-establishing survey monuments, and adjusting utility infrastructure such as water meters, gas meters, manhole frames, pull boxes, and water valves. All work must conform to contract documents, regulatory permits, and applicable regulations.
