General Project Description

The project involves districtwide reroofing, including Contractor-Furnished Contractor-Installed (CFCI) and Owner-Furnished Contractor-Installed (OFCI) CMAS materials and equipment. The scope encompasses the installation of complete 2-ply modified bituminous roof systems and 2-ply KEE hybrid roof systems on permanent, covered walkway, and portable buildings. Required work also includes replacing gutters and downspouts, repairing fascia boards, soffits, and roof decks. Hazardous materials abatement may be necessary.
