General Project Description

This project involves the replacement of a turf field at Calvin Simmons Middle School and UFSA Life Academy. The scope includes all necessary site preparation activities, site security, demolition, coordination with District and site staff, minimal grading, civil work, drainage improvements, and the installation of a new synthetic turf system. The selected contractor is responsible for close coordination with Shaw Sports Turf to maintain project schedule alignment. A contingency allowance of $125,000 must be included in the overall bid for potential revisions from DSA's review.
