General Project Description

This project involves providing services to the City of Oakland's Housing and Community Development Department for the repair of damaged chain-link fencing, fence posts, and gates across four (4) City-owned vacant lots. The purpose of these repairs is to secure the lots, prevent unauthorized entry, parking, or dumping, and prepare them for disposition for affordable housing development. Work includes replacing damaged sections, reattaching fencing, repairing/replacing posts, and ensuring gates are operable and lockable, using durable and vandalism-resistant materials similar to existing installations (approximately 6' high chain-link).
