General Project Description

This contract is for comprehensive Tree Maintenance Services across various locations within the County of Orange, including OC Parks, OC Public Libraries, and OC Animal Care. The scope involves furnishing all necessary staffing, labor, equipment, and materials for tree pruning (estimated 8,000-12,000 trees annually), pest treatment (estimated 1,000-3,000 trees annually), tree removal (estimated 200-400 trees annually), and new tree planting (estimated 300-600 trees annually). Key aspects include maintaining and updating a GIS tree inventory system, adhering to ANSI A300 and ANSI Z133 tree care standards, implementing integrated pest management, processing green waste recycling, and providing emergency response services.
