General Project Description

This solicitation is for a Job Order Contract (JOC) for Electrical Services for the County of Orange, OC Public Works. The contract requires pre-qualified contractors to provide all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment, utilities, vehicles, and transportation services for various electrical services across County-owned, operated, or maintained facilities. The work will be specified in individual Job Orders, adhering to the Construction Task Catalog® & Technical Specifications (dated November 2025, to be available post-Pre-Bid Meeting), California Building Code, and other local, state, and federal regulations. The project includes a pre-qualification process, and only pre-qualified contractors will be eligible to bid on future electrical service Job Orders.
