Orange County Fire Authority is seeking bids from qualified and interested contractors for the following project titled, Design-Build Services for Orange County Fire Authority Fire Station 10, identified under Solicitation ID: RO2779A. Work is to be performed near Village Green Shopping Center, 18422 Lemon Dr, Yorba Linda, CA 92886, USA in Orange County.
General Project Description
The Orange County Fire Authority (OCFA) is seeking Design-Build Entities (DBE) to design and construct a new Fire Station 10 in Yorba Linda, CA. This project aims to enhance operational readiness, firefighter health and safety, and support service demands by modernizing station operations and accommodating current staffing and apparatus needs. The new facility is anticipated to be a two-story structure of approximately 12,000–14,000 square feet, including three apparatus bays, twelve dormitory rooms, administrative and office spaces, a turnout locker room, a decontamination room, and an oversized dayroom with a large combined kitchen/dining area. Construction phasing, site logistics, access control, and noise and safety management are critical as the project will be built on an active OCFA site with an operational fire station remaining in service. The scope includes all necessary design, permitting, and construction services.
