General Project Description
The Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) invites bids from qualified contractors for comprehensive Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) preventive maintenance and repair services. This includes scheduled, unscheduled, and emergency services for all OCTA-owned HVAC equipment and auxiliary systems across multiple facilities. The primary scope is preventive maintenance, aiming for 100% operational reliability. Work includes filter and belt replacement, inspection, lubrication, testing, adjustment, calibration, fluid level maintenance, cleaning of major components, semi-annual condenser cleaning, temperature controls maintenance, CFC management, waste disposal, air filter service, and annual paint booth testing for NOx emissions. The contract is for a two-year term.
