General Project Description

This project involves the demolition of infrastructure associated with the EBMUD Bayside Production well. The scope of work includes the removal of underground 12-inch pipes, concrete-encased fiber/electric conduits, and concrete pull boxes. It also entails backfilling and compacting trench excavations with aggregate base. Additionally, the project requires the demolition of above-ground 12-inch pipes, pipe supports, concrete slabs, and modification/demolition of existing fence, gate, transformer, HVAC system, grounding rods, and concrete pads. Protection of existing water and electrical facilities during excavation is also part of the work. The project will be a single lump sum bid.
