General Project Description

This project involves the activation and comprehensive development of Campus Park in Oxnard, California. The scope of work encompasses furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and incidental services to construct and install a variety of recreational and community facilities within the park. This includes a new BMX pump track, a skate park, basketball courts, a pelota Mixteca court, a playground, a performing arts amphitheater/pavilion, a multi-use field/meadow, a community garden, public art installations, walking trails, alluvial creek improvements, a parking lot, stormwater improvements, site lighting, and extensive landscaping throughout the park.
