General Project Description
This project for the City of Oxnard involves the replacement of existing flooring at the Performing Arts and Convention Center (PACC) Daycare Center. The scope includes thoroughly preparing the existing bare concrete subfloor, applying two coats of cementitious crystalline waterproofing, and installing approximately 3,200 square feet of new glued-down luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring and rubber cove base. The work requires all associated labor, materials, tools, equipment, and coordination services. All work must conform to industry standards and specific provisions.
