General Project Description

The City of Oxnard is seeking qualified contractors for the service, inspection, maintenance, and replacement of stormwater filter cartridges, and cleaning of stormwater vaults. The work will primarily be performed within the CFD 2 (Westport), CFD 4 (Seabridge), and CFD 5 (Riverpark) communities of Oxnard. The project also includes debris removal, power washing, vector treatment, and requires the contractor to maintain a GIS database for all inspection and maintenance activities, including photo uploads. The contractor must be a Contech Certified Maintenance Provider and ensure all work adheres to EPA Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) and MS4 Permit guidelines, as well as federal, state, and local waste management regulations.
