General Project Description
The project involves the removal and replacement of the existing roll roofing system on the single-story public restroom facility at Via Marina Park, approximately 600 square feet. The scope includes selective demolition of existing roof materials, preparation and repair of the roof deck and fascia boards, installation of a new torch-applied, three-ply SBS modified bituminous membrane roofing system, new metal drip edge/coping, plumbing and penetration sealing, installation of sheet metal flashing and trim, and painting of new or replaced wood/metal surfaces.
