General Project Description
This project involves the removal and replacement of the existing roof covering on a single-story public restroom facility, approximately 600 square feet, located at Orchard Park in Oxnard. The scope of work includes selective demolition of existing roof materials (membrane, metal coping, flashing), inspection and repair of the wood roof deck and fascia boards, installation of a new torch-applied modified bituminous membrane 3-ply roofing system, installation of new galvanized steel drip edge/coping, repair and sealing of plumbing and other roof penetrations, and exterior priming and painting of new/replaced wood and other specified surfaces. The contractor must adhere to manufacturer specifications and industry best practices for all work.
