General Project Description

This project entails the comprehensive roof replacement for the single-story public restroom facility at Marina West Park in Oxnard, CA, which spans approximately 600 square feet. The scope includes a full tear-off and disposal of the existing roofing system, inspection and repair of the wood roof deck (including damaged plywood sheathing and fascia boards), creation/maintenance of proper drainage slopes, installation of a new 3-ply, torch-applied modified bituminous membrane roofing system, implementation of new galvanized steel drip edge and coping, sealing of plumbing and other roof penetrations, and exterior painting of new or repaired wood and metal components to match existing finishes. The overall purpose is to address current leaks and moisture damage.
