General Project Description

This project involves the replacement of an approximately 180 SF concrete slab located at CFD 2 Westport at Mandalay Bay Park near the intersections of Wooley Dr and Chesapeake Dr in Oxnard, CA. The scope includes furnishing all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment, machinery, supplies, traffic control, safety measures, and appurtenant work. All work must conform to ASTM C94, ASTM C31, ASTM C928, ASTM C309, and ASTM D1751 standards, and be completed according to the 2018 edition of the Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction ("Greenbook"). The project will be paid via a Lump Sum contract.

Quantity: 180 Unit: SF Work Item: Placement of new concrete slab, minimum 4 inches thick. Specifications: Standard sidewalk mix C30, proper finishing, edging, control joints, curing methods per industry standards, sloped surface for positive drainage.
Quantity: 1 Unit: LS Work Item: Disposal of all removed broken/used materials and supplies offsite.
Quantity: 1 Unit: LS Work Item: Restoration of any damaged/disturbed areas.
Quantity: 1 Unit: LS Work Item: Provide all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment, scheduling, mobilization, demobilization, traffic control, public convenience and safety, and compliance with project standards (ADA, MUTCD, Caltrans, ASTM specified).
