General Project Description
The City of Oxnard is requesting proposals from experienced construction management firms to provide construction support services including daily/special inspection, contract administration, and managing daily project progress for the Arterial Street Resurfacing Project. The project covers arterial streets such as Oxnard Blvd., 5th St, Saviers Rd, & Ventura Rd, and entails the milling of existing asphalt concrete pavement, placement and compaction of asphalt rubberized hot mix (ARHM), installing asphalt rubber aggregate membrane (ARAM) interlayer, micro-surfacing, crack fill, excavation and reconstruction of failed asphalt pavement areas, median replacement, overlay, electrical, striping, signage, and utility adjustment.
