General Project Description

The City of Oxnard is requesting qualifications from professional consulting firms to provide timely and accurate plan check and related services for land development and capital improvement projects. This includes various building, fire, and engineering plan checks to ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards, as well as inspection services to verify compliance with approved plans and specifications for city-issued permits. The services are intended to supplement City staff capacity.
