General Project Description

The project involves comprehensive improvements to the West Wing of Oxnard's Civic Center building. The scope includes furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and incidental work for roof replacement, elevator repair, asbestos removal from ceiling tiles and flooring on the 2nd and 3rd floors, and the replacement of the heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC) system(s) and energy management system (EMS).
