General Project Description

The City of Pacifica seeks a qualified consultant for the conceptual design of the Calera Creek Water Recycling Plant (CCWRP) Photovoltaic System Improvement Project. This project involves replacing existing solar Arrays 1, 2, and 3 at the CCWRP with modern fixed solar photovoltaic (PV) panels, inverters, and supporting equipment. The consultant's services, which are not for construction, will include providing 10% design documents, a performance specification for a complete PV solar system, a conceptual (30%) panel layout plan, and an AACE International Class 5 cost estimate for the probable construction cost. These deliverables are intended as bridging documents for a future design-build procurement.
