General Project Description

This project involves obtaining design and engineering services for the Sharp Park PDA Pavement Resurfacing Project, which is federally funded and administered by Caltrans. The City of Pacifica is seeking a qualified firm to provide professional services for conducting pavement condition surveys and analysis, developing rehabilitation recommendations, preparing a pavement design report, creating pavement plans and specifications, and providing construction support. The deliverables will include a Plans, Specifications & Estimates (PS&E) package covering concrete improvements such as curb ramps, sidewalk, curb and gutter repairs, pavement resurfacing elements like surface seal, base/spot repairs, and traffic striping and markings. The overall goal is to maintain streets and protect surfaces in poorer condition categories through various treatments.
