General Project Description

This project entails comprehensive site improvements at Taos Palms Apartments. The scope includes apartment parking lot enhancements such as the construction and replacement of curb and gutter, sidewalks, and ADA-compliant access ramps. It also involves extensive earthwork and paving activities, including the removal and addition of asphalt and concrete, as well as modifications to existing driveways. Additionally, the project requires the modification and restoration of existing landscaping and irrigation systems. The contractor is responsible for furnishing all necessary labor, equipment, materials, tools, services, transportation, and permits to complete the work in strict compliance with contract documents.
