General Project Description

The project involves the repair of the Mitchell Park Library's exterior and interior walls, which sustained vehicle-related damage. The scope includes removing and replacing portions of the exterior stone wall to match existing conditions, removing and replacing the interior wall, and replacing an exterior window, signage, and hose bibb. The work will also address all other wall damage caused by the vehicle and includes various specialty trades such as masonry, metal framing, finish carpentry, waterproofing, insulation, flashing, joint sealants, glazing, gypsum board, painting, wood staining, and graffiti-resistant coatings. The project is considered a "green" project aiming to comply with sustainable design features and recommendations.
