General Project Description
Paradise Irrigation District (PID) is seeking qualified contractors to provide ongoing landscape maintenance and design support for the Demonstration Garden located at 6350 Clark Road, Paradise, CA 95969. The project encompasses routine care, beautification, seasonal plant replacement, irrigation upkeep, and support for design updates to enhance the garden's educational and aesthetic value. Contractors will also be responsible for coordinating with PID staff and partners, maintaining a safe and visually appealing environment for public demonstration, and taking on occasional projects on other PID property, focusing on fire-wise and drought-tolerant plant installations.
