City Hall one (1) 250 KVA Minimum K 13 factor Delta to star 480v to 208/120v 3 PH, GE Cat.# 9T36G0007G53, same or approved equivalent. Pasadena Public Health Department two (2) 75 KVA Minimum K 13 factor Delta to star 480v to 208/120v 3 PH, Square D, same or approved equivalent.
