General Project Description

The City of Pasadena is seeking qualified firms to provide on-call environmental services on an as-needed basis for various water utility capital improvement and maintenance projects funded with federal grants, specifically by FEMA. The scope of work includes environmental assessments, analysis, studies, monitoring, and report preparation to satisfy CEQA/NEPA requirements, regulatory permitting, and program implementation. This involves specialized expertise in areas such as biological surveys, tree assessments, cultural/historical resources, noise and vibration, traffic impact analysis, air quality, GIS data analysis, and engineering for site development (including grading, drainage, and road work).
