General Project Description
The City of Pasadena is seeking proposals from five (5) qualified firms to provide on-call stormwater engineering and regulatory compliance support services for various water quality improvement and permit-related projects. The scope of work encompasses a wide range of services including civil engineering, feasibility studies, preliminary and detailed design, cost estimation, project management, construction management, special inspections, surveying, mapping, environmental permitting and assessments, geotechnical engineering, structural engineering, transportation engineering, water resources engineering, quality assurance/quality control, public outreach, grant support, water quality monitoring, and regulatory compliance. Consultants will be responsible for preparing design development documents, construction documents, specifications, conducting plan checks, and securing all necessary project approvals.
