General Project Description

The City of Pasadena is seeking up to two qualified contractors for on-call emergency sewer system reconstruction and point repairs throughout the City. The scope of work includes cleaning, televising, and point repair of sanitary sewer pipes at various locations; reconstruction of manhole channels; removal and reconstruction of manholes; adjustment to grade of manhole frames and covers; and miscellaneous appurtenant work. This project also requires timely emergency response to sewer spills in accordance with the City's Spill Emergency Response Plan. Work orders will be issued on an as-needed basis, with contractors required to mobilize qualified personnel, equipment, and materials within 24 hours for emergency situations.
