Pasadena City is seeking bids from qualified and interested contractors for the following project titled, Development and Operation of Public Land in the Hahamongna Watershed Park, identified under Solicitation ID: 2026-RFP-0016. Work is to be performed near 4550 Oak Grove Dr, Pasadena, CA 91103, USA in Los Angeles County.

General Project Description

The City of Pasadena is soliciting proposals for a development and operations agreement, including a long-term lease, for an approximately 3.5-acre developed area and a 2.5-acre Oak Woodland area within the Hahamongna Watershed Park. The site, formerly the Oak Grove Ranger Station, currently contains six concrete block buildings and a parking lot. The project aims to benefit the community through activities compatible with open space and park/recreation uses, emphasizing education, natural resource restoration and preservation, conservation, and water resource management, utilizing sustainable development practices. Proposers are responsible for all development, financing, design, construction, implementation, branding, operation, and maintenance of project components, at no cost to the City.
