General Project Description

This project involves the renovation and improvements of four public restrooms (two on the 1st floor and two on the 2nd floor) at the Public Health Building to ensure compliance with American with Disabilities Act (ADA) regulations and the California Building Code (CBC) 11B Code Section. The work will be completed in two phases (one floor at a time) and includes furnishing all necessary materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals for construction in accordance with contract drawings and specifications.
