General Project Description

The City of Pasadena is seeking proposals from qualified firms to conduct a comprehensive needs assessment for its Glenarm Power Plant. The project's objectives include evaluating current operations, identifying areas for improvement in maintenance and optimization, ensuring compliance with local and federal regulations (e.g., EPA, OSHA, CPUC), and developing strategic recommendations for enhancing the plant's efficiency, safety, and sustainability.
