General Project Description

The project entails the complete replacement of the roof system at the Alkebu-lan Cultural Center. The scope of work includes providing all necessary labor, materials, equipment, services, and incidentals for the removal and disposal of existing roof tiles, flashing, rain gutters (as needed), and damaged plywood. The project also requires the furnishing and installation of new clay tiles that match the existing style and color, a new roof underlayment system, flashing, and any necessary plywood replacement to ensure a complete roof system.
