General Project Description

This project involves interior renovations at the Jackie Robinson Community Center (JRCC). The scope includes removing existing carpet at the auditorium stage and replacing it with new hardwood flooring (approx. 200 sq ft), as well as providing new stage lighting. The project also entails removing existing vinyl flooring at the kitchen area and replacing it with new tile flooring, including matching tile cove base (approx. 500 sq ft). Additionally, existing carpet in the meeting/waiting area and offices (Room 100) will be removed and replaced with new vinyl tile flooring (approx. 1,800 sq ft). The contractor is responsible for the removal and abatement of asbestos-containing materials (ACM) in accordance with local regulations and environmental testing results specified in the plans.
