General Project Description

The City of Pasadena is seeking services from qualified firms to provide construction management and inspection services on an as-needed basis. These services will supplement existing resources within the Water Division for various water utility capital improvement and maintenance projects. The scope of work includes overall project coordination, contract correspondence, schedule reviews, claims evaluation, field testing oversight, record documentation, as-built drawing review, on-site inspection, progress reporting, and verification of contractor invoices and deliverables. The contract duration is for six years, with compensation based on time and materials with a not-to-exceed limit per work order.
