General Project Description
The Patterson Joint Unified School District is requesting qualifications from contractor firms to provide services for the replacement of noncompliant plumbing fixtures and appliances across 10 school sites. The project aims to improve plumbing system efficiency and ensure all systems meet ENERGY STAR® and water efficiency requirements, funded by the California Schools Healthy Air, Plumbing, and Efficiency (CalSHAPE) Plumbing Program. The selected contractor will be responsible for documenting completed work, ensuring a skilled and trained workforce, and proper disposal/recycling of old fixtures and appliances.
