General Project Description

The City of Patterson is seeking proposals from qualified firms to establish an annual retainer agreement for professional engineering and surveying services on an "as needed" basis. The scope includes a wide range of water and stormwater-related services, such as regulatory compliance and reporting for water quality, water supply and resource management, Sustainable Groundwater Management Act (SGMA) support, stormwater management (NPDES, MS4 Phase II, SWPPP review), and infrastructure engineering and operational support (water system design, SCADA, asset management, CIP development). The selected consultant(s) will provide labor, equipment, materials, and supplies to perform these services as requested by the City.
