General Project Description

This project involves the construction of roadway and public infrastructure improvements along Sunset Court in the City of Patterson. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, mobilization and demobilization; erosion control; traffic control systems; potholing existing utilities; removing existing pavement markings and improvements; earthwork and grading; shoring, sheeting, and bracing; constructing water system improvements including 175 linear feet of water main, valves, water services, fire hydrants, and related appurtenances with connections to the existing water system; constructing sewer improvements including a sewer manhole and connection to the existing sanitary sewer; constructing concrete improvements such as curb and gutter, valley gutter, ADA curb ramps, and sidewalks with subgrade; placing Class II aggregate base and hot mix asphalt concrete pavement; installing thermoplastic striping and pavement markings; and installing and removing SB-1 signage. The work is to be completed within thirty (30) consecutive working days.
