General Project Description

This project, titled PALS PH 2 Alterations, focuses on the renovation of classrooms 409-407. The work scope includes matching elevations with new T-bar ceilings in room 409; reframing interior walls for new office spaces, including the installation of interior doors; installing new drywall and relocating electrical outlets in two new office spaces per room; installing data pathways in two new office spaces per room; relocating air conditioning ducting in new office rooms; preparing new walls through patching, caulking, and sanding for painting; repainting all interior walls with one coat of primer and two coats of finish paint; replacing any damaged existing interior wall panels; removing old lights and replacing them with new LED fixtures; removing old ceiling tiles and replacing them with new ones; and constructing four pass-through hallways (one in front of rooms 409-408 and 408-407, and one in back of rooms 409-408 and 408-407). Flooring work for this project will be handled by others.
