General Project Description

This project involves the construction and installation of a new 23,000 square-foot concrete skatepark at Lucchesi Park, including associated site improvements. The work includes various demolition activities (concrete paving, water main, ICV boxes, irrigation, trees), extensive grading and earthwork, installation of aggregate base and concrete paths/sidewalks, storm drain infrastructure (pipes, inlets, flap gates), water main connections, area drains, utility vault adjustments, and specialty skatepark construction. Electrical work covers conduit, underground junction boxes, lighting fixtures, light poles, concrete pole bases, lighting system wiring, controls & integration, and testing/commissioning. The project also involves the installation of owner-supplied park benches and trash cans, and the reset/relocation of irrigation heads and water vaults.
