General Project Description

The project involves furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and incidental work for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems at Rivera Park and Pico Park Gymnasiums. The scope includes mobilization, metal fabrication, building and piping insulation, sheet metal flashing and trim, joint sealers and caulking, PVC single-ply membrane roofing, firestopping, supports and anchors, installation of motors, testing and balancing of HVAC systems, ductwork installation and accessories (air inlets and outlets), packaged rooftop units (25 tons and below, and above 25 tons), and comprehensive electrical work (wire and cable, conduit and boxes, electrical identification, lighting control systems, wiring devices, fuses/breakers, disconnect switches, LED lighting). The project also requires cutting and patching existing structures as needed.
