General Project Description

This project involves the procurement of E-Rate eligible network equipment for the Placentia-Yorba Linda Unified School District. The scope includes various networking components such as HPE networking licenses, fiber optic spools, fiber trays, fiber patch cables, Cat6a UTP plenum riser rated cable, Cat6a patch cables, UTP direct burial cable, fiber patch panels, enclosure adapters, and Ubiquiti UniFi wireless access points and UDM-SE devices. Bidders must participate in the E-Rate Program, provide SPIN and FCC-FRN numbers, and offer per-unit pricing with shipping estimates. The awarded Service Provider is expected to deliver and/or install the products and services.
