General Project Description

Placer County is seeking competitive bids for a one-year annual contract, with renewal options, for comprehensive fire alarm inspection, maintenance, and repair services across various County facilities. The successful contractor will be responsible for ensuring fire alarm systems are fully operational 24/7/365, which includes regular testing, inspection, maintenance, and repair, as well as responding to alarms. The scope involves providing all necessary materials, labor, parts, supervision, tools, and transportation.
