Placer County Water Agency is seeking bids from qualified and interested contractors for the following project titled, Hell Hole Potable Water Supply, identified under Solicitation ID: 2025-05. Work is to be performed near 5825 Sunset Dr, Foresthill, CA 95631, USA in Placer County.
General Project Description
This project involves the construction and completion of a new potable water supply system for PCWA Hell Hole cottages, dormitory, worker campground, and USFS boat launch parking lot. The work includes but is not limited to: construction of a building site pad, gravel access roadway, a prefabricated concrete well building, installation of a new vertical water well, water storage tank, pressure tank, power supply, electrical, telemetry, controls, and piping/mechanical systems. It also includes the installation of approximately 2,900 linear feet of new waterlines, valves, USFS spigot, and supporting components for the new water supply distribution system, as well as restoration of asphalt pavement, stabilization, and mulching of disturbed soil areas.
