General Project Description

The project involves improvements to the Ralston Picnic Area and Sediment Removal Boat Launch. The scope includes picnic area enhancements, site furnishings, trails, paved entry and parking areas, drainage improvements, a boat launch access ramp, gravel parking areas, barrier rocks, and signage. The contractor is responsible for all labor, materials, supervision, equipment, tools, and services to complete the work in accordance with contract documents, permits, plans, and specifications, ensuring rapid and efficient construction consistent with safety and property protection. Existing concrete vault toilets, drainage culverts, and picnic sites are to be protected.
