Pleasant Valley Recreation and Park District is seeking bids from qualified and interested contractors for the following project titled, COMMUNITY CENTER FIRE ALARM SYSTEM PROJECT, identified under Solicitation ID: SPEC NO. CCFA-26. Work is to be performed near 1605 Burnley St, Camarillo, CA 93010, USA in Ventura County.
General Project Description
This project involves the comprehensive design, installation, and ongoing monitoring of a new fire alarm system for the Pleasant Valley Recreation and Park District Community Center in Camarillo, California. The scope encompasses furnishing all necessary materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals required to install detection devices (fire, smoke, and heat) across various facilities within the Community Center complex. This includes the Auditorium and Classrooms (comprising a 9200 SF Auditorium, 551 SF Commercial Kitchen, and five 551 SF Classrooms), the District Administration Office and additional Classrooms (including a 2849 SF office space, 961 SF Classroom 6, 899 SF Classroom 7, two 225 SF Park Restrooms, and a storage space), and the Community Center Senior Center (a 3974 SF assembly space). Additionally, the contractor will provide 24-hour alarm monitoring services, which includes emergency dispatch notifications to responding agencies, full service, inspection, testing, maintenance, repair, and warranty of the installed systems to ensure proper functionality and compliance with state, local, fire, and occupational/industrial codes.
